All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Chains and most supplies are ready to ship and typically go out within one week. Displays and pre-order chains are made to order and generally require 7–10 business days for processing before shipping. While we always do our best to get orders out promptly, shipping timelines may vary slightly during busy seasons or due to unforeseen delays. Please note: We ship Monday–Friday and do not ship on weekends. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed and shipped the following business day. 2-Day and Priority shipping timelines begin from your order's ship date, not the order date. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for cut chain or custom pieces.

The only exceptions are damaged items or incorrect orders. If this applies to you, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package, and we'll work with you to determine the best resolution, whether that's a replacement or a refund. Each case is reviewed individually.
