These are handmade and so so beautiful! I have been making jewelry for over 15 years, I have fell in love with permanent jewelry and decided to open up my handmade components to the amazing PJ community.
These are specifically handcrafted to make the "Loops" as tiny as possible to enable these connectors to look SEAMLESS with the chains you add them to.
THESE ITEMS ARE HANDMADE! Please understand shipping time is not the same as a mass produced item. We have a team of over 20 women working to make chain, connectors and bangles. These things are made to order for the most part although we are working on bulking up glow ups, bangles and connectors. Chain please expect up to 2-3 weeks to ship + connectors, bangles, glow ups is one week or less!
Chain is made to order but please expect a LAUNCH once a month where we will have chain that is ready to ship! Best place to know when the launch is happening or when items are ready to ship is our Facebook group or sign up for our emails by going here.
Please note - there are a couple different options of stones for June (Moonstone and Pearl), October (Opal, Pink Opal and Pink Tourmaline) and December (Turquoise and Tanzanite)

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Chains and most supplies are ready to ship and typically go out within one week. Displays and pre-order chains are made to order and generally require 7–10 business days for processing before shipping. While we always do our best to get orders out promptly, shipping timelines may vary slightly during busy seasons or due to unforeseen delays. Please note: We ship Monday–Friday and do not ship on weekends. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed and shipped the following business day. 2-Day and Priority shipping timelines begin from your order's ship date, not the order date. If you have any questions about your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re always happy to help.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for cut chain or custom pieces.
The only exceptions are damaged items or incorrect orders. If this applies to you, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package, and we'll work with you to determine the best resolution, whether that's a replacement or a refund. Each case is reviewed individually.
