068: Magnetic Branding & Meaningful Moments with Heather of SLVR72

From Hobby to High-End: Building SLVR72 With Faith, Intention, and Bold Vision

When Heather launched SLVR72 in the summer of 2023, it wasn’t her first entrepreneurial leap. In fact, she had started nine different businesses since she was 18. Entrepreneurship had always been part of her DNA. But when she saw permanent jewelry at a pop-up, something felt different. It clicked. It felt aligned. And this time, her husband was just as excited as she was. So excited, in fact, that he left his 9–5 to build the business alongside her so they could create more flexibility and intentional time with their family.

Based in Boise, Idaho, SLVR72 quickly became more than a permanent jewelry brand. After investing in proper training in 2023, Heather expanded into ear piercings, a charm bar, and eventually taught herself silversmithing. What sets their studio apart is their workshop experience. Customers can pick a stone and create something meaningful with their own hands. Those workshops have become the most popular offering inside their brick-and-mortar space, proving that people crave more than a transaction—they want an experience.

When one of their reels went viral overnight, the studio exploded with growth. But rapid momentum brings rapid lessons. Hiring employees became a major turning point in the business. Managing people, teaching others to carry out your brand vision, and navigating leadership stretched Heather in ways she didn’t expect. She shares that growth forced her to get crystal clear on who they were, what they stood for, and who they wanted to serve. That clarity led to a rebrand that felt more authentic and aligned.

Faith also became central to both her business and her marriage. After growing up in the New Age movement, Heather became a Christian and began praying boldly over her business. She shares how learning to “give it to God” changed the way they handled stress, growth, and decision-making. Putting God at the center strengthened both their relationship and their leadership.

A powerful theme throughout this conversation is that customers may not remember exactly what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel. SLVR72 is not built on chasing numbers. It’s built on thoughtful intention, meaningful moments, and creating experiences clients want to return to again and again.

Heather will be teaching at PJX on how to go from hobby to high-end brand, helping business owners refine their identity, rebrand with confidence, and become magnetic in their market. Her message is clear: life is too short to live inside a tiny box that doesn’t serve your dreams. Be daring. Be bold. Choose your hard. And build the business that aligns with the life you actually want to live.
